| Dell live chat said 100% were Jaspers despite reports of Zephyr/Falcon units. Guess I got lucky since I got a Jasper, but if you're considering buying from Dell, be sure to initiate a chat (from the 360 Pro's product page) and ask before you buy. Worse comes to worse, you'll have evidence of a CSR stating you'll get a Jasper, and they'll likely waive the 15% restocking fee and ship you a new model (as well as UPS prepaid box/label back). |
