The drive looks like a BenQ, but I followed this tip to determine that it was a Lite-On:
If you remove the front of your Xbox 360, you can see under the DVD drive (through a hole) two wires. If the wires are yellow, you have a Lite-On. If the wires are gray, you have a BenQ. |
